Nice but issues

I purchased the remove ads as well as the million coins I got the coins but I never got the ads removed. Ferrari cars are neglected the digital speed meter is in the middle of no where... Car interiors for lambo as well as Bugatti is extremely bad.. Please fix these issues.

Edit: Restore purchases no longer works. I want my coins back... Going to ask Apple for a refund.
